General description
滅菌済み13 mm Millex™-LGユニットはシリンジ操作フィルターユニットで、容量10 mLの溶媒または水性溶液（カラム溶出液、組織培養添加剤、HPLCサンプルなど）の滅菌に使用されます。この耐溶媒性、シングルユースのMillex-LGユニットには、0.2 μmの親水性PTFEメンブレンが組み入れられています。Millex-LGフィルターユニットは、溶液の滅菌および超清浄化のためのシリンジフィルターとして使用することを目的としています。
Application
Millex™-LG、0.20 μmを以下の用途で使用しました：
- in vitro試験用の無水ジメチルスルフォキシド（DMSO）中の化合物調製において
- 無菌の3,3′-ジオクタデシルオキサカルボシアニン過塩素酸塩（DiO）エタノール溶液を調製するための耐有機溶媒フィルターとして
- 小単層リポソーム（SUV）の調製において脂質凝集体を除去するため
