General description

Immobilon®-FLトランスファーメンブレンは、公称孔径が0.45 μmで、さまざまなゲルマトリックスから移行してくるタンパク質を結合するためのポリフッ化ビニリデン（PVDF）マイクロポーラスメンブレンで構成されています。このメンブレンは疎水性であり、生体分子に対する高い結合能力を有する均一に制御された孔構造を提供します。メンブレンは、幅広い励起／発光波長にわたって非常に低い自己蛍光を示します。この特性により、蛍光ベースの免疫検出を行うブロッティング法に理想的です。さらに、Immobilon®-FLメンブレンは、標準的な化学発光または発色検出にも使用できます。Immobilon®-FLは、分子量が20,000を超えるタンパク質の最適ブロッティングに推奨されます。
