Preparation Note

標準溶液: 弊社は、dATP、dCTP、dGTP（各10 mM）、dUTP（30 mM）を含むデオキシヌクレオチド混合物を調製することを推奨します。（例えば、100 μLのヌクレオチド混合物を調製するには、10 μLのdATP、dCTP、dGTP（それぞれ）、および30 μl dUTPを40 μLの PCRグレードの水に加えます）。
