Biochem/physiol Actions

4-(2-アミノエチル)ベンゼンスルホニルフルオリド塩酸塩（AEBSF）は、可逆的セリンプロテアーゼ阻害剤です。阻害定数は、フェニルメタンスルホニルフルオリド（PMSF）やジイソプロピルフルオロリン酸（DFP）とほぼ同じです。 AEBSFは、トリプシン、キモトリプシン、プラスミン、カリクレイン、トロンビンを阻害することが示されています。PMSFやDFPの代替物であるAEBSFは、毒性が低く、水への溶解性が向上しており、水溶液中の安定性が高まっています。AEBSFは、最高濃度0.25 mMで細胞培養に使用できます。
