General description

リン酸緩衝化生理食塩水（PBS）は、生物学的研究に使用されるバッファー溶液です。PBSはリン酸ナトリウムおよび塩化ナトリウムを含み、処方によっては塩化カリウムおよびリン酸カリウムを含む水ベースの塩溶液です。この溶液の浸透圧およびイオン濃度は、ヒト身体の浸透圧およびイオン濃度と適合し（等張性）、ほとんどの細胞に対し非毒性です。

Application

リン酸緩衝生理食塩水は以下で使用されています：
  • 子宮内膜または月経血からヒト子宮内膜幹細胞／間質細胞（hEnSC）を単離するための試薬として
  • 免疫蛍光染色中の細胞洗浄にも使用されています
  • 耐糖能試験（GTT）で経口投与されるブドウ糖の溶媒として
