LB寒天培地プレート, 50μg/mLアンピシリン含有。
アンピシリン0.05%、酵母0.5%、塩化ナトリウム1%、トリプトン1%、寒天1.5%、水95.95%。
10プレート/スリーブ、20～25 mL/プレート。

***本製品に使用されている抗菌薬は、有効期間(1～2ヵ月間)でのみ有効です。*** 抗菌薬の有効性を確保するため、必ずプレートはこの期間内に使用してください。

アンピシリン耐性を持つ大腸菌株や、アンピシリン耐性プラスミドを持つ大腸菌株のセレクションおよび増殖に用いる、成型済み寒天プレ-ト(100 mm)です。

Miller′s LB Agar plates provide:

10g/L Tryptone

5g/L Yeast Extract
50μg/ml ampicillin

The plates must be used within two months of the manufacture date to ensure the antibiotics are fully active. The product may be shipped up until its expiration date but is generally shipped 2-4 weeks before expiration.
