重炭酸バッファーのpHはたいていの場合、7.4に近いです。主要な小腸バッファーです。

Application

炭酸－重炭酸バッファーは、マイクロタイタープレートバイオフィルムアッセイやフローセルバイオフィルムアッセイに供試する凍結乾燥ヒト血漿サンプルの懸濁に使用されています。さらに、酵素結合免疫吸着測定法（ELISA）実施前のマイクロタイタープレートのコーティングバッファーとしても使用されています。
調製されたバッファーは、マルチウェルプレートやプラスチックチューブのタンパク質コーティングでの使用に適しています。

Preparation Note

100 mLの脱イオン水に1カプセルの内容物を出し、溶解させます。1カプセルで、0.05 M炭酸-重炭酸バッファー100 mL(pH 9.6、25°C)が得られます。
