General description
Caspase 3 Fluorometric Assay Kitでは、カスパ-ゼ3によるアセチル-Asp-Glu-Val-Asp 7-アミド-4-メチルクマリン(Ac-DEVD-AMC)の加水分解で遊離する蛍光物質7-アミノ-4-メチルクマリン(AMC)の量を測定します。AMCの励起波長は360 nm、蛍光波長は460 nmです。基質から遊離したAMCの濃度は、AMCスタンダ-ドで作成した検量線から算出します (AMCスタンダ-ドはキットに含まれます)。
Application
The Caspase 3 Fluorimetric Assay Kit is designed for the detection and measurement of caspase 3 activity in cell extracts or purified preparations of caspase 3.
