General description

ヌクレオチドは（DNAやRNAのような）核酸の単量体、またはサブユニットとしての機能する有機分子です。核酸のビルディングブロックであるヌクレオチドは、含窒素塩基（プリンまたはピリミジン）、五炭糖（リボースまたはデオキシリボース）および少なくとも1つのリン酸基から成り立っています。リン酸基を付加したヌクレオシドはヌクレオチドとなります。デオキシヌクレオチドミックスは、事前に混合された便利なdNTP溶液で、高品質な分子生物学グレードの水の中にそれぞれ10 mMの超高純度dATP、dCTP、dGTP、TTPナトリウム塩を含有しています。標準的な50 µLのPCR反応には1 µLで十分です。
