Biochem/physiol Actions

細胞透過性を有し、副溝に結合するDNA用蛍光プロ-ブです。二本鎖DNAの副溝に(ATリッチなDNAを優先して)結合し、DAPI単独よりも約20倍強い蛍光を発する安定な複合体を形成します。

General description

DAPI（4',6-ジアミジノ-2-フェニルインドールジヒドロクロリド）は、DNAと結合する細胞透過性の蛍光色素です。
熱または超音波処理が必要になる場合があります。室温または 4 ℃ で暗所に保存した溶液は、2 ～ 3 週間安定です。
