Application

種々の哺乳類アルカリホスファタ-ゼ(肝臓、腎臓、胎盤、骨、腫瘍など)の阻害に適します。
腸管のアルカリホスファタ-ゼはわずかに阻害します。
動物用医薬品として用いることはできません。

Biochem/physiol Actions

いくつかの制御可能な要素に応じて、免疫刺激効果と免疫阻害効果の両方を示します。回虫症(鉤虫寄生)の治療に極めて効果的です。大腸癌の化学療法に有用です。これは、おそらくIL-1の生産を刺激し、マクロファージを直接活性化するためです。
