4.4 gの粉末で1 Lの培地ができる配合です。
ムラシゲ・スクーグ培地は粉末から再構成することも、完全ムラシゲ・スクーグ培地の主成分製品(多量養素混合液やビタミン混合液など)を混合して作成することもできます。ムラシゲ・スクーグ Shoot Multiplication Medium A(M6899はその改変培地です)には、Linsmaier and Skoogの記述通りの多量養素、微量栄養素、ビタミンが含まれています。
