Biochem/physiol Actions

このキットでは、LDHがNADをNADHに還元し、NADHは比色（450 nm）アッセイで特異的に検出されます。LDH活性アッセイキットは、さまざまな生物学的サンプル中のLDHの活性を定量します。このアッセイは迅速で、便利で、高感度です。

General description

新しい乳酸脱水素酵素アッセイキット MAK464 が発売されました！ 乳酸デヒドロゲナーゼ（LDH）は、ピルビン酸と乳酸の相互変換を触媒する酸化還元酵素です。 組織損傷または赤血球細胞溶血後の細胞がLDHを血流に放出します。LDHはきわめて安定している酵素であることから、組織および細胞の損傷や毒性の有無を評価するために広く使用されています。LDHは、癌などの一定の病的状態の評価にも使用されます。LDHの定量には広範囲の用途があります。
