Biochem/physiol Actions

Nα-トシル-L-リジンクロロメチルケトン塩酸塩（TLCK）は、リポ多糖類（LPS）またはサイトカインにより誘導される核因子κB（NF-κB）の活性化を阻害し、そのために誘導型一酸化窒素合成酵素（iNOS）およびシクロオキシゲナーゼ-2（COX-2）転写の誘導が阻害されます。あらゆるマイトジェンによるpp70s6kの活性化をブロックします。いくつかの細胞株における、若干の刺激に対するカスパーゼのプロセシングを阻害することにより、細胞株内のアポトーシスをブロックします。
