Biochem/physiol Actions

プロトタイプバニロイド受容体アゴニスト。神経毒；無髄の C 線維をもたらす感覚ニューロンを活性化し、その多くにはサブスタンス P が含まれています。局所塗布をすると、感覚神経終末が感度が低下し、逆説的な抗侵害受容効果が得られます。全身投与を行うと、特に新生仔動物においてカプサイシン感受性細胞に対して神経毒性を示す可能性があります。トウガラシの活性成分。
