Biochem/physiol Actions

エトミデ-トは全身麻酔薬であり、GABAA伝達を増強します。ストレプトゾトシン (STZ) 誘発性高血糖に対するエトミデ-トの神経保護作用について、ラットの脳、脊髄を用いて検討されました。エトミデ-ト投与により糖尿病性酸化的損傷に対する神経組織保護の効果が示されました。
