Application
Lithium chloride has been used:
- in the preparation of wash buffer for chromatin immunoprecipitation
- in 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay
- to treat aged myoblast as glycogen synthase kinase (GSK) inhibitor to analyse its effect on wingless/tailess (wnt) signaling
