Biochem/physiol Actions

Recognizes mouse IgG, both heavy and light chains. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein, anti-goat serum, mouse IgG and mouse serum.

Physical form

ImmunoAffinity Purified
Lyophilized powder; lyophilized from 500 μl of 20 mM potassium phosphatase, pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl, 0.10% sodium azide and 10 mg/ml BSA.

Preparation Note

Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of shipment. Once opened, dilute with 250μl of distilled water, aliquot, and freeze at -20°C or below for extended storage. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. Dilute only immediately prior to use.

Analysis Note

Routinely evaluated by immunomicroscopy, flow cytometry or FACS analysis, as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.
