General description

La congelación celular o la crioconservación de cultivos celulares es un proceso habitual. Es esencial para para mantener la integridad celular durante el almacenamiento. Los crioprotectores principalmente utilizados son el glicerol, el etilenglicol y el dimetilsulfóxido (DMSO).
