Neutralization Solution for blood has been used to neutralize extracted DNA prior to polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification.

General description

Neutralization Solution for Blood is used along with lysis solution for blood (L3289) for the rapid extraction and neutralization of human genomic DNA from whole blood, whole blood dried on a blood card, and cultured mammalian cells.

This solution is a component of the Extract-N-Amp and the REDExtract-N-Amp Blood PCR Kits
