General description
アッセイプロトコルは、既存のサンドイッチELISA法とほぼ同様ですが、2つの重要な違いがあります：
1）溶出バッファーがサンドイッチを中断させ、標識された検出抗体を定量のために分離します。
2）ErennaおよびSMCxPRO®イムノアッセイシステムが、1分子カウント（SMC®）技術を用いて分析物を検出します。
