Pre-mixed EpiTag™ ERK Pathway 6-plex bead kit for the detection of human and mouse analytes using the Luminex^® xMAP^® Platform. The EpiTag™ ERK Pathway Panel II premix consists of one vial of premixed capture beads and one vial of premixed detection antibodies for the detection of the following ERK pathway proteins:

MEK1 Total MEK2 Total MEK1/2 (pS217, pS221/ pS222, pS226) Raf1 Total Raf1 (pS338) STAT1 Total

Contains reagents sufficient to perform 100 tests.

For use with the EpiTag™ Cell Lysis Kit (Cat.No. 71784-3), EpiTag™ Digest Kit (Cat.No. 71785-3) and Widescreen^® Reagent Kit (Cat No. 71783-3). When performing quantitative assays use with the EpiTag™ ERK Pathway Standards Mix (Cat. No. 71791-3).

Due to the unique nature of the EpiTag Technology and sample preparation, the EpiTag buffers and Bead Kits are incompatible with other WideScreen^® brand bead-based assay buffers and kits and those from other companies. EpiTag™ Technology and Assays are offered under limited, non-transferable license from Millipore Corporation.
