His•Bind® Resin, Ni-charged is a pre-charged version of the popular His•Bind Resin used for purification of His•Tag® fusion proteins by metal affinity chromatography. The Ni2+ ions are held by chelation with iminodiacetic acid (IDA). The IDA support can be recycled many times with no loss in performance. His•Bind Resin, Ni-charged is supplied as 50% slurry and has binding capacity of up to 8 mg/ml settled resin. The resin is compatible with up to 1.0 mM THP, a reducing agent that is more stable and effective than dithiothreitol (DTT). Use His•Bind Resin, Ni-charged with His•Bind Quick Buffer Set.
