For convenient preparation of labeled RNA markers, the Perfect RNA Marker Template Mix, 0.1–1 kb, is available. The mixture contains optimized amounts of seven linearized plasmid templates, ready for transcription with T7 RNA polymerase. In the presence of appropriately labeled nucleotides, a set of labeled Perfect RNA Markers can be synthesized in one reaction.
