The T7 RNA Polymerase Monoclonal Antibody is a mouse monoclonal antibody (IgG1) that specifically recognizes T7 RNA polymerase. It can be used to monitor the expression of T7 RNA polymerase in bacterial and eukaryotic systems. The 50-µg package size provides enough purified antibody to perform 50 Western blots (10 x 10 cm).
