routinely evaluated by immunoblot on phosphorylated HSP27 in 20mg of a cell lysate prepared from MCF-7 cells that were heat shocked for 30 minutes at 42°C, cultured for an additional 16 hours at 37°C, and then stimulated with 200mM arsenite for 30 minutes
