General description

Le tampon pour analyse par radio-immunoprécipitation (tampon RIPA) facilite la lyse cellulaire et la solubilisation des protéines à partir de cultures de cellules mammifères aussi bien adhérentes qu'en suspension. De plus, ce tampon facilite l'étude des interactions protéine-protéine pertinentes en réduisant les liaisons non spécifiques entre protéines afin de maintenir un faible bruit de fond, tout en permettant à la plupart des interactions spécifiques de se produire.
