Biochem/physiol Actions

This antibody recognizes the CD18 molecule, a 95 kDa integrin molecule (beta 2 integrin) that forms the common beta chain of the CD11/CD18 heterodimer integrins which are expressed on all leucocytes. The beta2 integrin is the ICAM 1 receptor

FUSION PARTNER:

Sp 2/0 - Ag 14 myeloma cell line

Physical form

Format: Purified
The monoclonal is presented in phosphate buffered saline containing 15mM sodium azide, pH 7.4. We recommend that each laboratory determine an optimum working titre for use in its particular application.

Preparation Note

Maintain at 2o-8oC for up to 12 months from date of receipt. For long term storage aliquot antibody into small volumes and store at -20°C for up to one year.
