Application
Immunohistochimie : 2 µg/ml, avec fixation au paraformaldéhyde.
Immunohistochimie : coupes congelées (7 µm) de tissu placentaire fixées à l'acétone pendant 1 heure. Dilution de l'anticorps au 1/10e (Sato et al., 2003).
Immunocytochimie : cellules EVT isolées et fixées avec du paraformaldéhyde (PFA) 0,5 % à 4 °C pendant 15 minutes, puis avec de l'acétone à -20 °C pendant 2 minutes. Une dilution de l'anticorps au 1/10e a été utilisée (Sato et al., 2003).
Immunoblotting : 2 µg/ml
Immunoprécipitation : 1 µg/ml
Analyse par FACS : 2 µg/ml (Sato et al., 2005).
ELISA : 0,5 µg/ml
Inhibition de la liaison des lymphocytes humains activés à la laminine, au collagène IV et à la fibronectine (Fabbri et al., 1996) : 1-5 µg/ml
Il revient à l'utilisateur final de déterminer les dilutions de travail optimales.

L'utilisation de cet anticorps anti-intégrine α1, clone FB12, a été validée en ELISA, FC, IC, IH, IP, FUNC et WB pour la détection de l'intégrine α1.
Biochem/physiol Actions
Réagit avec le domaine I (Val151 - Ala364) de l'intégrine alpha-1 humaine (CD49a)1. Précipite les protéines d'un PM de 180 kDa, pI 5,9-6,0 (chaîne alpha) et d'un PM de 115 kDa, pI 4,5-5,0 (chaîne bêta) à partir de lysats de lymphocytes humains (Zocchi et al., 1991).
