    No.  The complete formulation is shown in the product listing.  When reconstituted, the resulting solution is 10 mM phosphate buffer, with 138 mM sodium chloride and 2.7 mM potassium chloride.

  4. If reconstituted with sterile water, will Product P5368, Phosphate buffered saline (PBS), be sterile?

    No.  To make this PBS sterile, the solution should be either sterile-filtered or autoclaved.

  5. What volume of Product P5368, Phosphate buffered saline (PBS), does each pack make?

    When the contents of a pouch is dissolved in 1 Liter of water, it makes 1X PBS, pH 7.4 at 25°C.
