General description
Le produit, contenant un substrat de phosphatase alcaline tamponné constitué de p-nitrophénylphosphate (pNPP), est prêt à l′emploi. Ce système de substrat avancé contient un stabilisant insoluble qui améliore la stabilité et la réactivité, et réduit l′absorption de la ligne de base. Il génère un produit final soluble ; il n′est donc pas recommandé pour les applications de blotting et d′histochimie.
Application
Génère un produit de réaction soluble de couleur jaune qui peut être mesuré à 405 nm. Pour les analyses en point final, la réaction peut être stoppée à l′aide de NaOH 3 N. Recommandé pour les procédures ELISA (en micropuits) ; non recommandé pour les applications sur membrane.
