Application

Substrat chromogène utilisé dans les procédures ELISA avec phosphatase alcaline et acide. Génère un produit final soluble de couleur jaune qui peut être mesuré par spectrophotométrie à 405 nm. La réaction du pNPP peut être stoppée à l′aide de NaOH 3 N puis mesurée à 405 nm.
