      DescriptionProtein A purified rabbit polyclonal antibody. Recognizes the ~46 kDa, latent, the ~34-37 kDa active large subunit, and an ~18 kDa (weakly) and ~10 kDa (weakly) intermediates of caspase-9.
      BackgroundCaspase-9 is activated by the proteolysis of pro-caspase-9 by CPP32 (caspase-3) and granzyme B (caspase-8). It is composed of a 34-37 kDa large subunit and a 10 kDa small subunit.
