      Applications
      Key Applications Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay
      Immunoblotting (Western Blotting)
      Application NotesELISA (1:50,000-1:100,000)
      Immunoblotting (1:1000)
Application CommentsThis antibody has fairly broad species cross-reactivity. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.

25 µl of a G16α Blotting Standard is also supplied, which can be used as a positive control. It is a sample of crude cell membranes from Sf9 cells transformed with a G16α containing virus. The 25 µl sample should be diluted with 250 µl sample buffer and heated for 3 min at 80°C. The recommended loading volume per lane is 25 µl. Use 3% BSA as a blocking agent.
