      This product has been discontinued.



      An agonist selective for Muscarinic Acetylcholine Receptors (mAChRs, EC50 = 7, 14.5, 35 and 32 µM for M4, M3, M1 and M5 respectively) with no effect on nicotinic receptors. It is not a substrate for acetylcholinesterase therefore has longer duration of action than acetylcholine. Clinically used to treat certain bladder related conditions.
