      This product has been discontinued.





      The Cell Extraction Kit contains a cell extraction buffer that efficiently releases proteins from the cell cytosol and membranes and is for use with the WideScreen® bead-based assays. Benzonase® Nuclease reduces sample viscosity caused by chromosomal DNA, and a cocktail of phosphatase inhibitors maintains the phosphorylation state of target proteins during cell lysis. The kit is sufficient to make 20 ml of cell lysate (or 160 wells of cells grown in 96-well plates), and contains additional Extraction Reagent to prepare Titration Buffer.
