      Recommended reaction conditionsPKCθ-containing sample is incubated at 30-37°C, with or without 400 µM PKCθ pseudosubstrate inhibitor, in 50 mM Tris buffer (pH 7.5) containing 5 mM MgCl2, 0.1 mM Na3VO4, 0.1 mM Na4P2O7, 1 mM NaF, 0.1 mM PMSF, 50 µM ATP, 5 µCi [γ-32P]ATP, 4 µg phosphatidylserine, and 40 µM PKCθ substrate (Cat. No. 539668). Sold on the basis of peptide content.
