Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Cell Signaling Kits & MAPmates™
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Lead discovery Ion Channels are important therapeutic targets for conditions including arrhythmia, hypertension, local anesthesia, pain, stroke, epilepsy, depression, bipolar disorder, COPD, autoimmune
The ImageStream imaging flow cytometer combines the visual power of microscopy with the speed and sensitivity of flow cytometry by digitally imaging cells directly in flow. The 12 Image Channel option expands the experimental flexibility and analytical potential by doubling the number of images per cell from six to twelve.
Amnis imaging flow cytometers combine the speed and sample size of flow cytometry with the resolution and sensitivity of microscopy in a single instrument platform unlike any other available for cell analysis. With up to 12 channels for each cell in a population, microscopic images provide qualitative and quantitative image data of every event acquired in flow.
Speed your time to discovery by leveraging our target profiling services, multiplex and traditional immunoassays, and clinical lab contract services that help you prioritize potential drug candidates, screen many biomarkers simultaneously, and conduct research and clinical studies. Our offerings encompass: drug discovery, target profiling and multiplexing.
With over 50 years of filtration expertise, we continue to set the industry standard for high performance membrane technology and its application in sample preparation. Our quality standard for all Millex® filters ensure that each and every filter we ship performs as you expect.
Among the features of the Guava easyCyte™ flow cytometry systems: They use novel microcapillary technology and they are compact, user-friendly, and powerful enough to run your most complicated assays.
CellASIC ONIX2 microfluidic plates deliver unprecedented control for live cell imaging. Designed for many cell and experiment types and Compatible with any standard inverted microscope.
