Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Cell Signaling Kits & MAPmates™
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Merck, The concentration density finder saves time in the lab. Find density, molar concentration (molarity), and concentration of solutions at set temperatures.
We provide gentle, membrane-based Protein Concentration options to concentrate proteins without compromising yield, even when labile or low in abundance.
For filtering large volumes of biological solutions, we manufacture specialized equipment including centrifugal filtering devices, discs, cells and solvents.
From protein extraction and protein purification, to protein concentration and desalting, we facilitate every step of your sample preparation workflow with ultrafiltration devices, magnetic beads, extraction kits and more
For high throughput sample preparation, we provide ultrafiltration based filter plates designed for automation-compatible sample purification, protein removal, concentrating and de-salting.
Flow refers to the time it takes for a particular flow stream to pass through the filter. The flow rate of a filter is important in determining how rapidly filtration can be completed. This page describes how membrane and solute characteristics both affect flow rate. Although flow rate generally decreases with pore size among membranes of a single type, membranes with the same pore size rating, but made from different materials or by different methods, can have very different flow rates. Flow rate differences can be caused by differences in thickness, porosity, and pore architecture.
We understand the critical factors necessary for you to achieve successful concentration and diafiltration with maximum recovery of product. From drug discovery through commercial production, we provide a range of standard and custom systems to meet your needs every step of the way.
