Our broad portfolio consists of multiplex panels that allow you to choose, within the panel, analytes that best meet your needs. On a separate tab you can choose the premixed cytokine format or a single plex kit.
Cell Signaling Kits & MAPmates™
Choose fixed kits that allow you to explore entire pathways or processes. Or design your own kits by choosing single plex MAPmates™, following the provided guidelines.
The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Clarification of mammalian cell culture involves multiple steps and, typically, a systematic combination of unit operations which can include centrifugation, tangential flow filtration, depth filtration, and sterile filtration.
Our library validation kit includes three DNA standards covering optimal library size ranges and a primer mix exhibiting that validated amplification efficiency.
All RIPAb+ antibodies are validated for RNA-binding protein immunoprecipitation. Each RIPAb+ antibody set includes control primers (each lot tested by qPCR) to biologically validate your RNA RIP results by qPCR detection of specific RNAs where possible
ChIP Ab+ antibodies avoid ChIP failure due to poor antibody performance. Each ChIPAb+ antibody set includes control primers to validate your ChIP results and a negative control antibody to confirm specificity of the reaction.
DNA sequencing mimics the basic process used to copy DNA in a cell during chromosomal replication, except that the procedure is done in a tube or microtiter plate using a minimal set of components.
When you are evaluating the optimal clarification technology, consider not only the performance of the primary and secondary clarification steps but also the performance of the sterile filter immediate downstream of the depth filtration.
Merck, today introduced Magna ChIP® HiSens chromatin immunoprecipitation kits for superior enrichment and detection of specific regions of chromatin-associated DNA.
Telomerase attrition expression is silenced in many adult cells, to curb rampant cell proliferation and tumorigenesis, and so telomeres get progressively shorter with age.
Transcription factors are frequently the chief determinants of the composition and stability of large transcription complexes. Transcriptional regulation is mediated through the interactions of transcription factors with specific binding sites. Transcription factors help to recruit RNA polymerases to active genes for the production of RNA transcripts. Detect Transcription factors using Merck's antibodies.
