Biochem/physiol Actions

ヒトおよびウシIV型コラーゲンを認識することが、ELISAによって示されています。I、II、III、VおよびVI型コラーゲンとの交差反応性は10%未満です。他の種由来のIV型コラーゲンに対して反応性を示す可能性があります。AB769は、他の細胞外基質タンパク質（ラミニン、フィブロネクチンなど）による試験は行われていません。
