General description
クロロマグネサイトとしても知られる塩化マグネシウムは、無色の結晶性固体です。極めて吸湿性の高い性質を持っています。水とアルコールに溶解します。塩化ハイドロゲル存在下での塩化マグネシウム水和物の加熱によって、あるいは、塩化アンモニウムマグネシウムの直接の加熱のどちらかによって調製できます。無水塩化マグネシウムは、塩化マグネシウム六水和物から小葉のように結晶化します。これは電気伝導性です。MgCl2の結晶構造は層状です。構造は、Mg2+イオンによって占められた八面体ホールの交互の層を持った、立方最密充填です。
Application
