General description

mRNA technologies represent a revolutionary approach for prophylactic vaccines and for therapeutics, including cancer treatments and immunotherapies. We are committed to bringing you Greener Alternative Products, which adhere to one of the four categories of Greener Alternatives. This product falls under category 12 PAP and aligns with the Green Chemistry Principle of "Designing Safer Chemicals". It is a preparation with defined composition that replaces Triton X-100 with Tween-20, addressing concerns of Triton X-100 as an endocrine disruptor, delivering improved safety.

Application

T7 RNA polymerase is the core enzyme used in in vitro transcription (IVT) workflows for the production of messenger RNA (mRNA). It catalyzes the synthesis of RNA from a DNA template containing a T7 promoter sequence. Its high specificity and robust transcription efficiency make it the standard choice for manufacturing mRNA therapeutics and vaccines.
