This panel targets total expression of key proteins in the PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway, which regulates cell growth, metabolism, and survival. It includes total levels of Akt isoforms, mTOR, PTEN, GSK3α/β, IRS1, IGF1R, IR, p70S6K, and RPS6. These proteins are frequently altered in cancer, diabetes, and neurodegenerative diseases.
