Akt (pS473) regulates cell survival and metabolism. NFκB (pS536) controls inflammatory and immune responses. p70S6K (Thr412) is involved in protein synthesis, while STAT3 (pS727) and STAT5A/B (pY694/699) mediate cytokine signaling and immune regulation
