General description
The STERITEST® Syringe Support is an accessory designed to be used with the STERITEST® EZ device for prefilled syringes with needles. The Syringe support valve is connected to the STERITEST® pump through a dedicated port on the pump communication hub. The distribution of sterile fluid to dilute the contents of the syringe is controlled by an automatic valve, eliminating the necessity to turn the dilution bottle over between each syringe tested. The STERITEST® Syringe Support is compatible with all STERITEST® Equinox and STERITEST® Symbio pumps. For STERITEST® Equinox pumps, the standard bottle holder needs to be replaced by a STERITEST® Symbio complete bottle holder >(SYMBBTH01) including the removable bottle basket. This accessory is autoclavable (except for the removable automatic valve) and resistant to vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) and peracetic acid decontamination cycles in isolators.
