凍結乾燥済み。バッファー = 0.01 M Sodium Phosphate（pH 7.6）、0.25 M NaCl、15 mg/mL BSA、0.05% sodium azide含有。

Preparation Note

凍結乾燥品は出荷日から最長1年間、2–8°Cで保存できます。 再溶解後のこの製品は、2–8°Cで数週間、未希釈溶液として安定です。冷凍しないでください。暗所保存。再溶解後にさらに保存する場合は、同量のグリセロール（ACSグレード以上）を添加してグリセロールの最終濃度を50%にしてください。2–8°Cで最大6カ月保存できます。加熱・冷却サイクルを繰り返すことは避けてください。 グリセロールを添加すると、タンパク質と緩衝塩の濃度が半減するため注意が必要です。
