Immunoprecipitation of VLA-5 integrins from lysate of 10E6 cell equivalent requires 2 μg of MAB1999.

Flow cytometry: 10 μg/mL

Does not detect VLA-5 by Western blot.

MAB1999 does not affect VLA-5 mediated cell adhesion to fibronectin.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.

Reacts with the fibronectin receptor VLA-5 (alpha-5beta-1) integrin complex.
