General description
サルウイルス（SV40）のラージT抗原とスモールT抗原はいずれも、SV40ゲノムの初期領域にコードされています。ラージT抗原はDNAに結合し、53,000ダルトンの細胞タンパク質p53と複合体を形成します。p53は、溶解性増殖の際のウイルスDNA複製の開始に必要です。さらに、ラージT抗原はDNAポリメラーゼと転写因子AP-2に結合し、網膜芽細胞腫感受性遺伝子のP105産物と特異的な複合体を形成します。
