General description

MilliporeのMicropreSure®モニターは、閉鎖系で液体をサンプリングしろ過するために使用し、製造環境でのサンプリング中の偶発的な汚染による偽陽性結果のリスクを最小限に抑えます。大きな容量を一度にろ過でき、長時間かけてゆっくりろ過することもできます。加圧プロセスラインまたはリザーバーサンプリングで使用するために設計されています。MicropreSure®デバイスは最大3 barの圧力に対応します。液体サンプルをMicropreSure®デバイス内の微多孔膜を介してろ過し、ろ過後はこのデバイスの入口と出口を密封して、汚染リスクなしに、ラボに戻します。微生物計数用の培地を加えることで，直接インキュベートできます。メンブレンは、黒色格子入り、直径47 mmの混合セルロースエステル（MCE）製で、孔径は0.45 μmです。

Application

MilliporeのMicropreSure®モニターは、ろ過法によるバイオバーデンと水の分析に使用されます。ボトル入りの水、ワイン、ビール、ソフトドリンクの工程内検査にすぐに使用できるサンプリングおよび培養装置です。
